Overview
Free Invoice Creator by RELG Studio helps you generate invoices, PDFs, and receipts. We follow the App Store Review Guidelines by keeping personal data collection to the absolute minimum. This policy explains what data is handled, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Data We Collect
We do not require an account and do not store information on our servers. The app processes a limited set of data on your device:
- Invoice content you enter (business details, client details, line items, taxes, totals).
- Logos and handwritten signatures that you optionally add to personalize documents. These remain local unless you export a PDF.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) collected by Google AdMob to show, cap, and measure ads. We do not receive identifiable analytics beyond aggregate reports.
How We Use Data
Data is used only to deliver core functionality and comply with platform policies:
- Generate invoices, PDFs, and statistics inside the app in real time.
- Respond to your support emails and troubleshoot issues you report.
- Meet legal, tax, and App Store requirements, including displaying advertising disclosures.
Ads & Third Parties
The app shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may use advertising identifiers, approximate location, and device information to deliver and measure ads. No invoice data is shared with AdMob.
- You can turn off personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising). Standard ads may still appear to support the service.
- Rewarded ads are optional. If you decline to watch an ad, you can continue using the app while skipping features gated behind the reward (for example, direct PDF sharing).
Storage & Security
All invoice information, logos, and signatures are stored locally in the app’s sandbox. Deleting an invoice or uninstalling the app permanently removes that content. We recommend securing your device with a passcode or biometric lock.
Your Choices & Rights
You remain in control of your data while using Free Invoice Creator:
- Delete invoices, logos, signatures, and cached files from the app whenever you choose.
- Opt out of personalized ads via system settings. You can also decline rewarded ads before sharing a document.
Children
Free Invoice Creator is designed for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please email us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or guidance from Apple. When we do, we will update the date below and surface a notice in the app when appropriate.
