After creating your invoice, tap the “Export” or “Share” button. You can choose to save the PDF to your device or share it directly via email or other apps.
Can I add my company logo to invoices?
Yes! You can add your company logo and handwritten signature to personalize your invoices. These are stored locally on your device for privacy.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Free Invoice Creator stores all your invoice data, logos, and signatures locally on your device. We do not upload or store your business information on our servers.
How do I disable ads?
You can turn off personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising). Please note that standard ads may still appear to support the free service.
Can I delete my invoices?
Yes, you can delete individual invoices or all data directly from within the app. Uninstalling the app will also permanently remove all stored data.
